Official Raffle Rules

The We Are Feline Lucky! raffle is sponsored by Fearless Kitty Rescue (FKR), an Arizona nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Eligibility
- The raffle is open only to Arizona residents who are 21 years of age or older.
- Purchasers are required to confirm that they are Arizona residents and 21 years of age or older when purchasing raffle tickets.
- A member, director, officer, employee or agent of the organization may not receive any direct or indirect pecuniary benefit other than being able to participate in the raffle on a basis equal to all other participants.
Raffle Tickets
- Raffle tickets are available online only at the following prices. In-person ticket sales are not permitted.

- 1 ticket — $10
- 3 tickets — $25
- 7 tickets — $50
- Each raffle ticket represents one chance to win the prize basket selected for that ticket.
- Purchasers buying multiple tickets may place all of their tickets into the drawing for the same basket or divide their tickets among different baskets.
- All ticket selections are final once submitted.
Raffle Prizes
- Multiple raffle prize baskets are available.
- Photos, descriptions, estimated values and other information about the available raffle baskets are provided on the Fearless Kitty Rescue website.
- Each basket constitutes a separate raffle drawing. A ticket is eligible only for the basket selected by the purchaser for that ticket.
- Prize contents are awarded as described and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted at the winner’s request.
Raffle Period
- Raffle tickets may be purchased online only through the designated Fearless Kitty Rescue raffle page. In-person ticket sales are not permitted. Online raffle ticket sales begin September 1, 2026.
- Raffle ticket sales close:
- September 30, 2026 at 11:55 PM Arizona time.
- Tickets submitted after the raffle closes will not be eligible for the drawings.
Winner Selection
- A separate random drawing will be conducted for each raffle prize basket on:
- October 15, 2026
- Each eligible ticket assigned to a particular basket will have an equal opportunity to be selected in that basket’s drawing.
- Winners do not need to be present to win.
Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
- Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
Prize Pickup
- All raffle prizes must be picked up at Fearless Kitty Rescue in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
- Fearless Kitty Rescue is unable to ship or deliver raffle prizes.
- By purchasing raffle tickets, participants acknowledge and accept the prize-pickup requirement.
Taxes and Other Costs
- Winners are responsible for any federal, state or local taxes, fees or other costs associated with accepting or using a prize, if applicable.
Raffle Administration
This raffle is conducted solely by Fearless Kitty Rescue. Zeffy provides an online technology and payment-processing platform to accept payments. Zeffy does not sponsor, conduct, manage, operate, control, or determine the outcome of this raffle. Any amount shown at checkout as a contribution to Zeffy is separate from the purchase of a raffle ticket and is not part of the raffle. No contribution to Zeffy is required to purchase a raffle ticket or participate in the raffle. The amount of any Zeffy contribution may be changed by the purchaser, including to $0. Any contribution to Zeffy is made voluntarily and directly to Zeffy and is not received by, controlled by, or included in the raffle proceeds of the Fearless Kitty Rescue. Fearless Kitty Rescue will maintain records of raffle ticket purchases and the basket selected for each individual ticket.
Acceptance of Official Rules
- By purchasing or accepting a raffle ticket, the participant agrees to be bound by these Official Raffle Rules and applicable Arizona law.

Proceeds from the We Are Feline Lucky! raffle benefit Fearless Kitty Rescue and the cats in its care.
