Surrendering a Stray or Rehoming a Cat – What You Should Know

Before you submit an intake request, please read carefully,

We understand that caring for a found stray or deciding to rehome a cat can be difficult. Fearless Kitty Rescue receives more than 2,500 requests each year and, due to limited space, can only accept a small percentage of cats.

Please note:

  • Intake is by appointment only.
  • Requests are reviewed individually.
  • Rehoming requests: Make sure your cat is up-to-date on vaccines and medical care
  • Stray requests: We will contact you within three business days if we can assist. If you do not hear from us, we are unable to accept the cat at this time.

We encourage you to continue exploring other rescue organizations and rehoming options while your request is under review.

Returning a Fearless Kitty

If you adopted your cat from Fearless Kitty Rescue and can no longer care for them, please complete a return request so we can help arrange their return.
