This year, the Wet Your Whiskers Silent Auction will use internet and mobile bidding only – no bid sheets at the event, and you can bid on items even if you aren’t attending.

You can preview the items now, and the auction will be open for bidding on Thursday, October 12 at noon.

There are two ways to register:

• Mobile: Text WYW2023 to 76278, and follow the prompts. You will get a link to the auction site.
• Computer: Go to WYW2023.givesmart.com. Click on Register for Auction, and follow the prompts.

An email address and phone number are required for registration. You can enter your credit card info now or later.

To view or bid on items:

• Mobile: Scroll to the item you want to bid on and click on the Bid button.
• Website: Click on the item you want to bid on and click on the Bid button.

You can bid the minimum, place a higher auto bid, or Buy Now. Auto bids can be placed for the maximum amount you are willing to spend; the system will place the minimum bid, and if you are outbid, it will bid automatically for you until your maximum is reached. When you are outbid, you will receive a text message (email if you bid through the website). If you Buy Now, congrats, you’ve won the item!
